EVENT POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Registration and Information Desk
The registration and information desk will open 45 minutes prior to the beginning of the first class of any program (unless otherwise noted in the event flyer).
Sales Floor
The doors to the Sales Floor at Events will open no more than 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the first class. Your admittance badge, bracelet, etc. will need to be shown either at the door to the selling area, or prior to any purchases made at each booth.
Payment Methods
SalonCentric accepts Cash, Check, Credit Card and SalonCentric Charge for purchases at events. Please be prepared to show identification for all purchases made with Check or Credit Card. If you would like to make purchases on your SalonCentric Account, please see your Sales Consultant prior to the program for a charge card. All of the following guidelines must be met in order to allow you to charge to your SalonCentric Account at any event.
*Account must be established as Charge Account (not COD) that has been activated for over 1 year
*Account must not have an outstanding balance over 59 days
*Average days to pay your bill must be less than 60 days
*If a salon has multiple accounts, all accounts must be within terms to receive charging privileges on any account
Admittance
By purchasing a ticket to a SalonCentric Event, you have access to all classrooms (not including special hands-on events that require a separate ticket) and the sales galleries. Your ticket will be delivered to you 2-3 weeks prior to the event by either your Sales Consultant or the US Postal Service, if you do not have a Sales Consultant. Once you arrive at the event you will need to trade in your ticket for your admittance badge. Only the badge will allow you access to the event. Please have it visible at all times while on the show floor.
If you forget your ticket please come to the SalonCentric Registration Desk. You will be provided with a replacement ticket at the price of $175.00. Once you return your original ticket to the SalonCentric Education Department, the additional fee will be credited from your account. You will have up to 20 days after the event to return your original ticket.
CEU Information
SalonCentric provides Continuing Education Hours at Expressions, Elevations, Evolutions and Premier Encounter. Please bring your CEU forms to any of the Registration Desks to have your forms initialed prior to leaving the program. Your form can only be initialed upon your final departure from the program. Forms must be initialed to be valid. Hours will be adjusted for early departure or late arrival. All forms must be turned in within 45 minutes of the end of the final class at any program. Any forms turned in after that will not be accepted. Please bring your Professional License with you and have it readily available at all times. Forms cannot be accepted without a valid Professional License Number. For your own safety, Social Security Numbers will not be accepted.
Safety Procedures
Due to safety reasons, strollers will not be allowed at any SalonCentric Event, in the classrooms or in the selling areas. In order to maintain a professional and safe environment, we request that children under the age of 15 do not attend the program; this includes the selling floor and the classrooms. All attendees, regardless of age, are required to purchase a ticket for admittance to any event; this includes spouses. If you are seen at a SalonCentric Event with a child under the age of 15, you will kindly be asked to leave the area of the program until you are able to find proper care for your child.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received up through 7 days prior to an event are refundable, minus a $10 registration service charge. Cancellations received from 6 days prior to the day before an event, are responsible for 50% of the event ticket fee. Please note that if you do not cancel your ticket prior to an event and do not attend the program your ticket is Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable.
Bag Check
Shopping Bags will be able to be checked at certain events, Saturday evening through Monday afternoon. SalonCentric is not responsible for any products or items not picked up by the close of a program.
Special Needs
If you require special assistance at any SalonCentric Event, please contact the Education Department at 1-800-892-9582 ext. 335 no later than 3 weeks prior to the event so we can make arrangements to suit your needs. Requests made inside of 3 weeks cannot be guaranteed.
Disclaimer
SalonCentric reserves the right to change any details of any event. This includes, but is not limited to class times, class formats, artist roster and class locations without prior notification. SalonCentric reserves the right to cancel any event. If it occurs that an event is cancelled by SalonCentric, a full refund will be issued to each customer onto their SalonCentric account that can be used at the customer’s discretion. Refunds will be issued within five (5) business days of the cancellation.
